Rich, full-bodied and wonderfully warming, Assam is a classic black tea to savour throughout the day. Its beautiful golden-tipped leaves brew into a deep, satisfying cup with notes of dark chocolate and toasted malt, finished with a subtle hint of dried fruit. Delicious enjoyed simply on its own or with a splash of milk, it’s a timeless companion to a quiet morning or a little afternoon pause.

Enjoy: At any time of day, especially alongside a freshly baked scone or a favourite sweet treat.

Brewing: Add one heaped teaspoon of tea leaves per cup and pour over freshly boiled water, just off the boil. Infuse for 3–5 minutes, then strain. Enjoy black or with milk, according to your preference.
